One of those small scale attractions that funding has left behind. Good for a driving tour stop with a lotus pond, bridges, some pleasant (but broken paved) shaded paths, and a boat dock for sightseeing boats on the river. Not sure when the "season" is that everything is working, but it could be on a tour bus arrival schedule. Photo ops with giant concrete crabs.
