Really a nice walk. The sights are beautiful & powerful. It's a great area for taking photos & for getting really close to the Rapids.

No matter how schlocky its surroundings have become, the Falls always are and always will be beautiful and awesome. This was our first winter visit. Although we missed seeing the Falls frozen over, the ice buildup was pretty incredible.

The Canadian side of the falls is better than the US side. It is much cleaner. The plants lining the walkways were spectacular and well cared for.

You see the water flowing down the cliff at Niagara, you see it from the boat but walking long the river is another experience. A steep climb down brings you within touching distance of the Niagara river, gushing and rushing to its next tryst with peace. But right now it is still churned and agitated by its long fall and it does not let you forget this either, It roars back as you walk along it. Travellers to Niagara, a walk along here is one of the only free things you can do at Niagara, other than watch the falls themselves. Take the opportunity and walk here. It is a commune with God himself.

This was included in the pass the bought, so we did it. Not sure I would have done it otherwise. But if you have several days at Niagara Falls, why not. If you just have a day or two, skip it. It's a nice walk, there are some interesting signs with write ups, kids didn't have the patience for us to read them all.

Its a nice walk down beside the water. You won't believe how fast the water is moving and how loud it is until you are there beside it. This is a great thing to do while at the falls.

Stand in line and get herded along through tunnels behind the falls. Loud and wet, but you realize the power of the water flow.

To walk the path in the outdoors along the flowing river and witness one of nature's creations was unbelievable.

On one side the forests, on the other, the rushing waters of the Niagara on the other the remains of the old railways beside a stunning bridge. In autumn, the whole area lights up with the dancing sunlight off the water through the bright leaves. A must for any eco-traveller.
