This really is the best market in Australia. If travelling to or near the Sunshine coast this is a must do!

What a great market - so many differnt stalls and not too pricey. There is entertainment and a great variety of food stalls. We went on a rainy Wednesday and found parking quite easily in front of the school with only a little walk to the markets. My partner hates shopping, but he loved it! Make sure that you also take time to wander the town - it is very charming.

They certainly are a great market to visit Wednesday's and Saturdays. A area for all tastes and treats

I¡¯m not surprised Eumundi Market has attracted more than 500 reviews here ¨C it¡¯s more than a market, it¡¯s a twice weekly happy, hippie event where you can buy just about anything from a box of papaya fruit to a life-sized shark hammered out of stainless steel. Here you will encounter a one-man band playing an amplified didgeridoo, a carpet seller fast asleep in a hammock suspended in the middle of his stall, a hundred different cures for everything from back ache to stomach disorders, all cures dispensed on the spot. Go early ¨C before 8am if possible ¨C and you may be lucky enough to find a parking place. This is not just a market ¨C it¡¯s an all-Australian experience. You¡¯ll love it.

Having not been here for about 20 years, we had to return to Eumundi on our trip to Noosa, as it was such a great place for so many years. How disappointed we were to see how it has changed. What's happened to those great artists of years ago? Not at Eumundi any more! There are rows and rows of cheap imported goods and only one or two unique stalls with interesting goods. What a shame, that's the last time we will visit Eumundi.

Fabulous market, full of good quality fashinable clothes, food, bric-a-brac, great place to find that something "uusual" for a present. The market is very well laid out, and takes time to walk the entire area.We visist on a Wednesday and there was plenty of parking around the area. Several fields had been opening up as parking areas for 5$AUD a vehicle. We had been told that Sundays is very busy. Would have liked to have gone for a 2nd visit but spent too much 1st time. Incase you run out of cash we saw an ATM machine within the Market area. Eumundi itself is a great place to spend the day, coffee/lunch,Market.

The thing to do in Eumundi, apart from appreciating the beautiful old historic town of Eumundi itself. These are the best markets anywhere in Australia. They are purpose built in amongst the old trees, with a wide selection of vendors selling all manner of goods to satisfy even the most jaded of shoppers. There are plenty of drink and food stalls to refresh yourself with after walking mile upon mile and you can even go into a gorgeous cafe in town which is right on it's doorstep. The only way to get there is by car and there is plenty of parking available. You don't have to go early, but the heat will get you if you go in summer. It's hot.Amazing place.

We went to the Eumundi market on a Wednesday, and were surprised to find so many stalls and patrons seeing that it was a weekday. It was so large that it was difficult to know where to start and what we had already seen. I have never seen a market like it! Unfortunately, the heavens opened and poured their bounty on us repeatedly while we were there, but it didn't stop the market! There was so much food, produce, clothes and miscellaneous items. There was even a palm reader! It was really a memorable outing and only about 20kms from Noosa.

We are so lucky to live close by and regularly go to the markets. There is something for everyone. The food is great, the fresh local produce is wonderful and there is always something special and unique to be found. Eumundi markets are the one market my husband is more than happy to go to. A truely great day out. Enjoy!
