over the years the beach front has been neglected by councils but there is a plan to upgrade the whole area and i look forward to the work being commenced

this is a lovely white sand beach, beautiful views. parking around the area is free and not limited to short time

You can visit the beach every day of the week and find something new every time. It's absolutely stunning and serene. Just watch out for the little snakes in the bushes.

Beautiful clear waters, patrolled by Surf Life Savers. Can get rough out in the waves but there is a trough close to beach that you can swim in. Beware of strong currents though.Big hint for everyone. Get there early as the strong Freo Doctor wind comes in between 11 and midday and stirs up the water and sand.

Gorgoues sand and big waves! Lots of things to do around the beach bars, resturants, shops and cafes keep you busy all day

What a fabulous beach, beautiful turquoise sea, spotless with grass area aswel, also events going on on the beach cross the road there a bars and restuarants :) well worth a visit.

There may be crowds but this beach is an Australian Classic - stretching white sands and clear blue waters. Well worth a visit.

Nice beach close to Perth, you can get there by bus in one hour, not very busy on week days, love it.
