We visited the cave on the way to the petrified forest and found another jewel of nature.Juat to arrive you drive on a very scenic route that's worth it.The cave is well lit and is the most impressive, I've been yet, when compared to the stalagtites, hundreds of thousands hang from the ceiling, sparkling, colored red, white, green or gray. The entrance ticket of €7 is a tourist trap price and too high and the restaurant offers expensive bad coffee, both spoiling the experience somewhat.5* for the cave though!I propose to combine its visit with the petrified forest or a swim in the Southern beaches.

This is a really less known beautiful cave.It's located half an hour from Neapoli, in Lakonia. Opening hours are infrequent in the lower season.Photos are not allowed inside.

Absolutely worth a visit if in the area. Not as claustrophobic as other caves, not as long as Dyros, but impressive nonetheless, this combines a lot of geological awesomeness packed in an easily walk-able (even with small children) cave. I picked this one as the first ever visit to a cave for my youngsters (aged 8 and 6) who were (as much as we) absolutely thrilled. Easy to walk around, adequately illuminated and very helpful guides make this an interesting visit. Caution: (1) make sure you learn the exact open-tour hour hours as there is nothing else in the vicinity but their open-air cafe and you may be left waiting for about an hour between tours. (2) no wheelchair access.

Amazing sites. you can take great photos.Lasts about 30 to 40 minutes and is done in small groups of about 6 people.

First opened in 2003 ago it offers a lot for the guests to see. It is approximately 500 mtrs long with a lot of amazing stalagmites and stalactites. Access is relatively easy if you have a car. There are guided tours every 30-40 minutes so prepare your visit according to the published timetable in order to avoid long waiting time.
