It's simply gorgeous! One of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. Make sure you have your sun cream and sun glasses with you when you visit this corner of paradise as the crystal waters and the white sand are like mirrors! Don't miss it!

Hello! Anyone going to Crete??? Ok stay wherever you want but do not miss this place. Elafonisi, south west tip of Crete. You will love it. I took a bus from Chania bus station. The ride there was amazing and the beach is now my favourite. I walked towards the dunes and manage to swim on my own, blue, green aquamarine amazing clear waters, nice breeze, and there is a big thing here. The bars selling food are great, and very very cheap. I had a wonderful spanakopita with a beer for 4 euros, in the best beach in the world...do not miss it!

This is a stunning beach, with sand like the Caribbean.BUT, there are loads of day trips ghat go here, and it gets PACKED in high season.There are a couple of places to stay there, so you can get down to the beach before the crowds arrive, and stay late after the day trippers have departed.

I visited Elafonissi Beach when the "pink high season" was already over, but the beach was still wonderful. It's large, with crystal clear and undeep water. A perfect place to bring kids or take a walk along the shore.

Beautiful beach with pinky sand and very warm water. Although bars and not so good and it's very dangerous to get there, but worth to see it!

I visited this beach in may 2007 it's an amazing sight. The water is clear and bright, the sand is white and pink in places from a type of shell apparently, looks beautiful, and was warm and inviting .

Nice area, nice sandy beach, but it's not so pink there anymore, overheard that tourist over the years brougt home the pink sand as souvenir, so the beach is not so faded in pink anymore, but still it's a lovely beach, good snacks/pizza restaurants on beach, remember to bring euro coins for visiting toilette
