I'm not much of a beach-goer, but this one was beautiful even to my cynical eyes. Looking like something plucked straight from the pages of a travel brochure, the shallow water was the perfect shade of turquoise, the surrounding rocks offered a wonderful counterpoint and the sunshades were tasteful. We stayed here for a few hours, opting to pay the €6 for two sun beds (daily rate).The only down side is that I'd prefer a slightly better beach bar, but that would probably draw too many crowds.

... one of the best beaches in Milos!!! A place easy to get by car or motorbike, free parking, free wi fi, beautiful sand and wonderful sea. Sunbeds available and little bar for drinks or eat (sandwiches and salads)

Although we did not stay at Pollonia we visited by bus from Adamas. It seemed a really family friendly place and the beach was lovely with shallow clean water. There were some good places to eat and a couple of supermarkets. I would say a very relaxing and quiet location. We visited the winery just a few minutes walk from the beach and there was a lovely shop/caf¨¦ that sold all it's own honey products, cakes etc. This was just on the road in from Adamas. I think it is called the Apanemia.

Peaceful, sandy, crystal clear waters. Limited shade but ok if you get under a tree! Lovely morning swim so beach relatively quiet at that time.

This was my favorite beach in Milos, until I found an even better one the following day (Firiplaka). It has lots of great soft sand and a nice gradual slope out into the clear blue water. The day we went it was not windy and there were no waves. The scenery was really nice on both sides. There were chairs and umbrellas available to rent and a small canteen. The drive down was not bad, but we did get a little tied up in the streets of Plaka before we found the signs. There is a large paved parking lot. There were a lot of people there when we visited in July 2014 but it did not feel overcrowded. Had a great time!

A small beach with light blue water. Quite shallow so might be good for kids. Good to rest after a good lunch in plaka!

This was our most favorite beach on the island. It was fun to get too, not too crowded and had fantastic places to snorkel.Sun loungers and there might have been a canteen. Tons of parking, and it was sheltered from the wind. Water was crystal clear and warm.

Une jolie plage de sable jaune avec une tr¨¨s belle eau translucide. De nombreux transats. Id¨¦ale pour se baigner en mode farniente. Mais l'acc¨¨s en voiture est assez compliqu¨¦ sur la fin, il faut vraiment rouler au pas au risque d'y laisser un morceau de la voiture.

Plage au bout de nulle part. Tr¨¨s tranquille car peu de monde. A mon sens c'est la plus belle de l'?le. Quelques transats ¨¤ louer mais qui ne d¨¦naturent pas la plage (parasols en feuille de palmes). Une petite buvette qui permet aussi de prendre un sandwich ou autre. Plage de sable fin. Eau d'une limpidit¨¦ et d'un bleu ciel superbes. On a pied assez loin, tr¨¨s bien pour les enfants. On a ador¨¦ cette plage.

Klein strandje tussen kliffen met een klein barretje waar vooral locals komen.De zee loopt hier geleidelijk af en de zonsondergang is hier prachtig.
