Nice beach with good restaurants and excellent beach bars( wet stories) if i go one day to santorini my first destination wil be "wet stories" an excellent beach bar...

Black sand beach, you can walk along for miles. Lots of restaurants wher you can sit in beach chairs, order drinks and food. No one bothered you. Very hot so enjoyed the shade of umbrellas. Water was good, couple of days were the water was rough and no swimming allowed, lifeguard on duty. Totally relaxing watching the waves. Horses riding by.

A stop on one characteristic beach of Santorini during our one-day boat+bus excursion was due! A bit of relax on this beautiful black volcanic sand, with a lot of black pumice spongy pebbles, was a nice cap on this very warmly recommended excursion. No full bath - not enough time for drying up - but up trousers and a walk in the seawater, to relieve the walking soreness, was a real plus! Will come back to enjoy this beach.

Even in October, the sand got very hot, but unfortunately the water was not!! Sea was rather rough, and in some places, the beach got rather narrow.Lots of deck chairs available, several vendors and a few restaurants within walking distance.We travelled by bus from Fira (where we stayed).

Santorini blew it's top and this beach is fine volcanic sand . Many water sport rental shops . Many restaurants along this long beach . As you expect places to rent sun longers . Spend the dat on Santorini's best beach .

The beach is nice with plenty of spots to seat on. Friendly people willing to serve and clean water all around with small waves good for kids. If you are on a family trip this is a great place to spend the day with all services at hand.
