I personally liked the statues, they look different from every angle, and even walking round those, each time it seems different. It is located in the vicinity of the monastery museum at the new bridge alongside the Hirsau monastery-ruins, these ¡°time witnesses¡± kind of depict its turbulent history. 1: Monch figure in memory of Abbot Wilhelm von Hirsau. 2: General M¨¦lac: destroyer and arsonist from the period of Louis XIV, he destroyed the Abbey of Hirsau in the Palatine succession war. 3: Rockerbraut.

Diese drei Figuren am Eingang des Calwer Teilortes Hirsau geben so manchem Besucher ein R?tsel auf.
