In the quiet town of Hausach a little tourist gem is hidden. The Schwarzwald ModellBahn Hausach is a 400 sqare meter big model railway depicting the railway between Offenburg and Villingen. Doing so this is the biggest model railway in Europe to depict an existing railway line. The model, with over 72 000 trees, hundreds of houses and 26 bridges also display a great deal of humor, with exiting details and surprising motives if you take a closer look.
