Interesting display of five different gardens, each with its own aroma. Nearby the abbey, which was largely destroyed during the revolution (along with hundreds of beautiful sites in France because of hatred of the riches held by the churches') is in the midst of major renovation but is still interesting to view. The site, which consists of hundreds of acres, has some lovely trees.

This is an unenspiring Abbey, that is only being held up by some large wooden support beams. One of the main walls has quite an outward curve to it and looks unstable. As I come from an earthquake prone country it worried me somewhat being inside but I suppose this Abbey has been there for a lot of years. It doesn't have any special features although if you are a person that studies these type of buildings you may find something interesting about it. It was quite a nice little walk around the back of this small town then back to the main street. Not somewhere I would bother gong back to and wouldn't put this Abbey anywhere near the high priority list. But if going there, leave some money for them.

J'y suis all¨¦e le 6 juin et je n'ai pas eu acc¨¨s ¨¤ l'exposition annonc¨¦e sur le cr¨¦ateur de l'abbaye dont l'ouverture devait avoir lieu le 1er juin. Les jardins ne sont pas entretenus comme autrefois. Il y a un peu de laissez aller. La pr¨¦sence de St¨¦phane Bern va surement r¨¦veiller le lieu pourtant superbe.

jolies floraisons , des senteures agreables , pas mal de petits panneaux d'explications ainsi que sur les plantes , bien entretenu et pas trop long a visiter , prix TRES raisonable ( 2 € )

Tres belle abaye, et beau petit parc. Tous les ans une chasse aux oeufs de paques est organisee, tres bons moments!!

Les jardins sont tr¨¨s jolis au printemps. Un arc en ciel de couleurs et un cadre exceptionnel. La d¨¦marche touristique est par contre tr¨¨s limit¨¦e pour une ville au potentiel aussi fort, un peu ¨¤ l'image de ces jardins de l'Abbaye qui m¨¦riterait une plus belle coh¨¦rence dans ces lieux.....
