We found the Paul Buisse cave on the Loire Valley Wine Tour Guide (http://www.vinsvaldeloire.fr/SiteGP/EN/) given its stamp as a well-run place to visit.Paul Buisse is a nice operation just outside of Montrichard. We wandered in toward the end of the day and waited a few minutes for one of their employees to free up who then took us on a tour. We got to see the caves, a tasting room, and an interesting upward sloping cave that had Paul Buisse's private collection of excellent vintages dating back to the 1940s. Afterwards, we tasted 5 or 6 excellent whites and reds, our favorites being their Sauvignon rose (not common to find) and cuvee. We bought a couple of bottles as is customary - all for reasonable prices.Really nice visit and appreciate how friendly everyone was! Montrichard is a lovely little town and this winery is worth a stop if you are in the area.

DIdn't visit but can recommend the Cristal white wine by this producer. Found this gem while on holiday and took home many many bottles!!

Arriv¨¦ en toute fin d'apr¨¨s-midi ¨¤ la cave, nous avons ¨¦t¨¦ superbement accueillis et on nous a propos¨¦ une d¨¦gustation compl¨¨te de toutes les vari¨¦t¨¦s du Val de Loire avec de bons conseils d'accompagnement. Les bouteilles restent ¨¤ des prix tr¨¨s abordables et ce sont des valeurs s?res car le n¨¦gociant Paul Buisse a une bonne r¨¦putation et plusieurs macarons du Routard et du Petit Fut¨¦ ¨¤ l'entr¨¦e. Je recommande la cave ¨¤ toute personne voulant ¨¦viter d'aller taper ¨¤ la porte de domaines viticoles
