The place is stacked with the owners cars, motorcycle, plus they have cars and other stuff own by others that is letting the museum showcase their babies! Plus the museum have got other nostalgic memorabilia from the 20th century. I really recommend a visit!

Cycles, motorcycles, motorscooters, motorcars, caravan, old radios and mobile telephones, plus old photographic equipment make this an eclectic mix of interesting displays.Get your photo taken on the motorbike and sidecar wearing the leathers or step aboard the old horsless carriage for another photo in gear from the early 1900's.A varied collection of vintage motorbikes; Bultaco, Indian, Ducati, Norton, Matchless, Husquvarna, plus many more and one like my dad's 1958 BSA Gold Star 500cc minus the sidecar.Cars included 3 different Rolls Royces equipped with various hampers and even a wedding couple. Others cars included Bubble Cars, an E-Type Jaguar, Fords, Saab, Audi, Lloyd, rally and racing cars plus a jet turbine powered land speed record vehicle.All this plus the old radios, mobile phones and the photographic equipment make this a very worthwhile SEK120 (A$20).Do not forget to check out the display of the 'hope to get lucky' fellow with flowers for his lady buying condoms.

Yes, a comprehensive collection of Swedish and imported cars and motorbikes dating back to 1899, and so much more.There are also impressive collections of cameras, tape recorders, mobile phones, radios, record players, radiograms, film projectors.I particularly enjoyed the recreations of bicycle, motorbike and television repair workshops full of original equipment.A fabulous nostalgia experience, highly recommended.

Not a car enthusiast, but still enjoyed this museum. So many cute cars! Lots of interesting information on other history, too: radios, telephones, camping, etc. Very nicely laid out with lots of displays packed in!

This is a delightful museum, displaying mostly automobiles, but also including a quirky and delightful collection of radios, TVs, tape recorders, cell phones, and just about anything that you can plug in. Call this a Nostalgia Museum more than just an Auto Museum. Motala is at the very northern tip of Lake Vattern, about two hours from Stockholm, so if your travels take you in that direction, I recommend spending some time here. The Nostalgi Hotel is next door.

Vi har varit tv? g?nger p? Motala Motormuseum, det f?rsta var med en tysk sl?kting som tyckte det var helt fantastiskt med resan bak i tiden. Det senare bes?ket var tillsammans med min sambo och vi nj?t av de gamla bilarna och skrattade ?t gamla minnen som man kom ih?g ihop med den fint uppsatta husvagnen mm. Vi uppskattar verkligen b?de det stora, som bilar, Tv och radioapparater, datorer men ocks? de sm? detaljerna som museet f?tt till, det finns sm? roliga och fina detaljer ?verallt. Man reser i tiden en stund och kan d?rtill ta en god bit mat eller kaffe p? samma st?lle.
