Jim and I enjoyed a few days in southern Illinois after Christmas and this was one of our discoveries. Who knew there was an absolutely beautiful spot not too far from Vienna, Illinois with a nice winery on it? Not me, and I am very happy I found it. We were the only ones there on a Monday early afternoon and the gentleman serving the wine was very nice. Most of the wines were a little sweet for me but I liked the drier whites they had, there was also a tasty raspberry that I thought would be fun on a hot day. It's the scenery that makes Bella T a place I won't forget. Beautiful rolling hills, very large trees, I can hardly wait to go back when the weather is nicer and enjoy the wine and company in an outstanding setting.

The land is beautiful. The wine was good, but not great. The food seems like an after thought and was just average.
