The building was bulit in the late 1800's AND STILL HAS THE UNUSED HANGING DEVICE IN PLACE. Great place to catch up on the history of the area. Many knowledgable docents are on duty almost everyday. They have a neat little gift shop. This is also the host grounds to the FREE BAR-B-Q LUNCH on Labor day. It is a annual thing and people come from all over the USA. So go visit the Mobeetie Jail Museum.
