NICE PARK! Went to see little league game. Park was clean. Liked the area. You can see the Lake as the sunsets on the water.

This is probably the worst park I've ever been to. There is trash everywhere and it is very unkept. The lake is a joke. It's more like a pool where all the runoff from Abilene goes. Seeing people swim in the lake gives me the heebee jeebees.

The city uses the parks up front for kids softball and they are nice fields. As far as the lake, well its a big mud hole. Seems not long ago a guy shot another when he caught his wife in a car doing well...things. So much for a close lake to hang out at. The roads are dangerous to see traffic so dont walk through there.
