We really enjoyed the Hoofprints of the Past Museum! We stumbled onto it through a publication you find at hotels (the little tri-fold brochures). The history of Kaycee and the surrounding area was really educational. They had ALOT of actual artifacts from 1500ad to the turn of the 21st Century. History ranging from Indians to the Johnson County Wars, to WWII. You have to love history to find this interesting. The curator was full of a lot of information!
