We only saw a little of the area until we got tired. Good to know that areas like this are being preserved for future generations. You have to walk. No cars.

Beautiful area with many back trails and gravel roads. thoroughly enjoyed the scenery, the solitude, and the lack of people. Recommend this area if you want to take several days to get away from it all and camp in a nice uncrowded setting.

We packed in for a week on horseback and only saw a few folks, mostly at airstrip camping areas. Pristine and gorgeous. Self-reliance is important and is preparation.
