I have visited some lovely places but this is a killer. A no-expense-spared experience in fabulous taste set in the incredibly beautiful Stellenbosch area. The first thing you notice, can't fail to notice, are the gardens viewed from the road. Quite stunning. The buildings, the restaurant, the surroundings are all quite breath-taking. Go. Be amazed!

Delaire is the most beautiful wine estate we came across in the Cape Winelands. It is worth a visit for the scenery and building alone. The tasting is in a fantastic setting, and was extremely enjoyable.

A stunning location. Our first wine tasting in the Stellenbosch area and boy is this upmarket. But a great experience. We did a small wine tasting with a cheese platter and that worked well.

We stopped into a view vineyards around Capetown, Stellenbosch and Franschoek and this tops them all. It's beauty begins at the entrance and doesn't stop. Elegant and sophisticated with helpful and friendly staff who really know their stuff in stunning surroundings and best of all surprisingly good value. If you're visiting a few make this your last as there really is none to compare.

We have visited Delaire on a number occasions, for the wine tasting and the stunning views, but we visited for lunch, and we were not disappointed. Tables on the terraces, under the dabbles sunshine from the trees, lovely cold glass of Chenin and the most fabulous fish and chips!. The service, as always, was very good. The perfect way the while away a few hours over lunch. Then a stroll up the hill to look at the Spa and the gardens, this is a most magnificent place.

What not to like. The whole place is a WOW!! The gardens, the restaurant (only for meals ...a bit expensive) the SPA and wine tastingand Diamonds to wish for.....this is realy the most beautiful wine farm in Cpae town.
