This park is small but in the summer there swming with Lifeguard, hicking trails. In winter there skating on the lake and cross country skiing, Rental on the site.

In the center of the town of Gatineau, it's has a nice beach, a good bycicle and jogging path with accomodations for restrooms and changing rooms

Operated by the city of Gatineau, this park has it all just down Maloney Blvd. (just past Payment/off the 50). There is a community centre with very clean washrooms and snack machines, a large beach and lake with lifeguards, as well as inexpensive canoe, kayak and paddle board rentals. Behind the beach is a volleyball court, a children's jungle gym, as well as a few fire pits for BBQs. There are also a some walking/hiking/running trails around the lake. You could make a day of it here, so close to the city. The beach, swimming and parking are all free.
