Actually we did not visit. We turn around at the top of steep descent to the beach. The beach is far smaller than I imagined. There is wild camping and probably a paraduise for the nudes.

A careful walk down many steep steps is required to reach the beach. Much rubbish and S**t left behind by hippie campers. Ikarian council has to provide legitimate camping grounds to stop these people spending weeks on the beaches and spoiling them.Beautiful waters, rocky beach.There are better beaches on the Faros side of the Island.

The access is very easy with stairs. The beach is beautiful but the water can me dangerous. Above there are cafe and restaurants. The camping and the nudism are free there I guess..

Goergous beach with clean cold waters. The nature is beautiful with the stones of the foundation to the temple of Artemis on the left. The negative of the beach is the naturalist's free camping , spoiling the beauty and tranquility of the beach.

The Nas-beach is a quiet place some 15 kms from Evdilos-town. Although it is a bit off the chart, you will find some accomodation, cafes and taverns at the vicinity of the beach, so that you can easily spend a day or two there. Not only the beach, but also the "gorge" is a nice attraction, especially if there is water running through. There is quite a lot of wild camping happening at the bottom end of the gorge, something that I did not find disturbing because the atmosphere stayed calm and peacefull. For decent hikers, walking the gorge up and down is definetly worth the effort, the beach has rough sea due to the shape which is channeling the waves to the coast, making them bigger than at other beaches nearby. I would recommend to go into the water only if you are experienced swimmer.

Gorgeous beach, very peaceful. Quite a walk down over the steps, but well worth it. As others have said, the under-tow can be fierce there, so don't chance swimming there in rough surf. Be sure to visit the foundation to the temple of Artemis while you're there!

This beach is beautiful but small. It is known for its views at sunset - definitely the time to visit! Be careful getting in the water if the waves are high as it could be very dangerous.

Not easy to get there but one should go.Be aware of nudism at the far left side. The close to the steps right side is the best part with small pebbles and natural shade under the rocks after 3PM

Pros: not large, picturesque, sandy with pebbles, warmer sea being in a small cove.Cons: nudist, gets deep quickly, can be dangerous when windy. Loads of steps down to the beach.

Πολυ ταλαιπωρια για να φτασει? και το αποτελεσμα μετριο.Συνηθω? με πολυ κυμα και η βραχωδη? παραλια κανει τα πραγματα πολυ δυσκολα εω? επικινδυνα.Προτιμηστε αλλε? παραλιε?,η Ικαρια εχει πολλε? και πανεμορφε?.
