We went there recently with two small children. We had a great time visiting the beautiful Schloss. The gardens are great.. the kids ran around had enjoyed it. We also stopped at the restaurant for a quick lunch.. very enjoyable. The only drawback was most signs and tour was in German, but we made out OK, having a german speaking relative with us.

An Ok castle to visit, but only of you have time. There is only one bus every hour, and the same coming back down. Its on top of a hill and there's nothing else in the vicinity, so... The cafe doesn't open till late and even if the house is open from 10, the first tour is only at 10.30, so you will be kicking your heels a lot here!

When the German speakers in the group were correcting the tour leader, and the typical flyer had about 5 minutes of information for a 55 minute tour it gets a little tedious. Be sure to try to arrange an English (or whatever your home language) tour as my limited German could not keep up.

We went here because of the Meissen (Dresden china) collection. Unfortately it was not included on the tour, although the online brochure boasts of the collection but doesn't mention that the porcelain is not on the regular tour. We were a group of six with me as the only German speaker, but the guide spoke reasonable English and was helpful in answering out questions. The gardens are lovely and perhaps more popular with locals (plenty of strollers, etc) than the palace itself. Allow 90 minutes or so.

Schloss Favortie ist traumhaft, in dieser Art wirklich einmalig !!!! Schloss Favorite in der N?he von Rastatt ist das ?lteste und einzige nahezu unver?ndert erhalten gebliebene deutsche ?Porzellanschloss¡°. Seine Ausstattung, seine reichhaltigen Sammlungen und seine idyllische Lage in einem wundervollen Park machen es zu einem Gesamtkunstwerk von europ?ischer Bedeutung.F¨¹hrungen durch das Schl? sind kostenpflichtig, die wundersch?ne Parkanlage kann ohne Eintritt besichtigt werden. Meine Tipp w?re den Park auch an einem sch?nen Wintertag zu besuchen.

Visit¨¦ el sitio durante el verano 2013 y es bastante tranquilo, con bellos arboles que rodean el construccion. Es un sitio rodeado de bellos jardines y para pasar una tarde tranquila. La construccion es muy interesante y la han conservado muy bien. Se puede visitar con la familia y amigos.
