I'd hazard a guess the views from K?pu lighthouse are better. But the ground area around this lighthouse is largely unspoilt and proves good access to the sea.... be warned much of the coast of Hiiumaa is either sharp pebbles/small rocky or reedbeds / marshes. But this is really 2 attractions in 1. The memorial to the children of the disaster of the ferry 'Estonia' is here.

A little off the beaten track but Hiiumaa is known for its lighthouses so you have to do them all. This one is really unusual: made of prefabricated cast iron panels. It was a couple of Euros to enter and this seemed a fair price since there isn't much else to do, however: the view is really good. The climb is not too bad - the expected spiral staircase was an easy climb and, critically, there are several decks / floors for you to rest on if you are unsteady. When we visited there were a number of glass 'installations' to view as well (small figure of a man, a glass swing, ladder etc). 200 metres away is the monument to the victims of the sinking of the Estonia and a number of small stone mazes. Allow 2 hours maximum for the lot.

Worth visiting if you are fond of sea landscapes. Lighthouse is over 60 meters high and there is no elevator. Entrance 2€/person,

Be prepared for many stairs. But the pain is worth it. Great view from the top is fantastic! There is also small souvenir shop and a toilet near. Ticket costs almost nothing!
