Slopes looked spectacular but unfortunately I was not prepared to ski and so there was little you could do at the top except admire the view. (which is spectacular) If you are a non skier - I would recommend going to Muoattos Muragl which has other activities.

This is a fun train ride in the Winter time with fabulous scenery. Well worth the effort through a winter wonderland of thick white snow. The carriage windows actually open so you can take decent pictures of the views.

Le Bernina Express est un autre excellent moyen de voir la Suisse.Il fait partie de tous les transports qu'on peut prendre "gratuitement" ( avec la Swiss Pass--merveilleuse et indispensable ).De St-Moritz ,on est all¨¦ jusqu'¨¤ Tirano ( Italie ) pour revenir le soir : une super belle journ¨¦e de vues des montagnes belles et enneig¨¦es (m¨ºme si au niveau des villes et villages le temps ¨¦tait plut?t frais et nuageux ,pluvieux occasionnellement )

Lo puoi vedere sia salendo in teleferica al Diavolezza sia risalendo la val Roseg in MTB. io ho optato per questa seconda variante. Si pedala su una comoda strada bianca, tratto di 7 km con pedenza al 3%. Al termine c'¨¨ un ottimo ristortante con uno splendido buffet di dolci. Peccato che costano parecchio !

Am Piz Bernina komme ich oft und gerne vorbei, da er f¨¹r mich der sch?nste Alpengipfel ist und in anderen Gebirgen nur von wenigen Bergen in seiner Ausstrahlung erreicht wird. Was ihn besonders macht, sind die Gletscher in seinem Umfeld (immerhin strahlen von seinem Massiv f¨¹nf davon in alle Himmelsrichtungen ab!) sowie einige Eigenheiten seiner Gestalt. Unter ihnen f?llt insbesondere der Bianco-Grat auf, den ich gerne von der ferne oder auch vom Piz Morteratsch einsehe, den ich aber nur ungern selber laufen m?chte... Der Aufstieg erfolgt vom oberen Morteratsch-Gletscher (Boval-H¨¹tte) aus und sollauch weniger anspruchsvolle Wege bieten. Vorerst gen¨¹gt mir aber der begeisternde Anblick von der Fuorcla Surlej ¨¹ber dem Roseg Tal aus, den ich sicher noch des ?fteren wahrnehmen werde.
