Have been going to La Vida Yoga and Body Works for more than a year. Lisa Smith is a fantastic, patient, and caring instructor. She is very knowledgeable about exercise and yoga. If you are living in the Cleveland, Georgia area or are here on a vacation and need some place to get a really good work out..this is the place to go! I recommend it to anyone and for all ages!
