The most beautiful old theaters I've seen. The outside is I need of profession work and the name is boring, but inside there is nothing but artistic beauty. Saw a show here and the sound and lighting surpassed my expectations. The name ( Historic Theater) does nothing to get people in the door. They should rename it something like Rock River Valley Theater For The Performing Arts" just my suggesting . But such a community treasure , that I would the residents of that city take pride in should have a more artsy attention grabber other than Historic Theater. Anyway a must " take a look at. " if in the area.
