This is a spectacular spot along Rte 100 between Warren and Rochester. The mountains squeeze the road and river inton a narrow glen, generally quite cool even on the warmest of summer days. Certainly part of one of the most scenic drives in a very scenic state.

The Granville Gulf is a nine mile stretch of Rt. 100 that winds through a narrow mountain gap. There are waterfalls and scenic pullovers, but the drive through it is just a beautiful experience. The fall is spectacular, but I enjoy it all seasons. Just watch out for moose that love the remote nature of the area who think the road is theirs!
