A trip to Powell would not be complete without a stop at A Certain Charm. The store has so many cute items and terrific prices. Not only can you find great decor and gifts, but there is also a whole section of consignment clothing. I saw so many pairs of shoes I wanted in wonderful condition! I plan to go to A Certain Charm first for all of my gift giving needs!
