These may not be the oldest, nor the largest, redwoods you'll see in the park, this trail definitely has the highest concentration of redwoods out of all the trails I had the opportunity to hike. Definitely check it out, and you can see the entire life cycle of the giant sequoia. Maybe you'll even see a few saplings here and there.

Wir sind im Sequoia gewesen und auf dem Weg raus ¨¹ber den Kings Canyon gefahren. Fast w?ren wir an dem doch versteckten "Eingang", der nur ein Schild f¨¹r Wanderer tr?gt, vorbeigefahren. Man kann - allerdings nur im Sommer - eine Offroader Strecke ¨¹ber 2 Meilen nur bergab fahren. Unten angekommen gibt es einen Parkplatz und gigantische Redwoods - also besonders hohe B?ume bewundern. Lohnt sich!!!
