I joined Curves years ago and continue to include them as family. While I used to believe that Weight Watchers was the best weight loss plan there was, the Curves Complete program is similar to Weight Watchers, but overshadows Weight Watchers because they include the exercise feature that Weight Watchers has never incorporated into their plans. Debbie Willey and her crew are very helpful. Go visit and see for yourself. There are insurance plans that include Curves in their plan for either discount membership or free membership.
