This lovely little museum houses a fantastic collection of Native American artifacts, leather works, and Western heritage. If you are a fan of cowboy boots or ball gloves, this is a treasure for you. The building itself is beautiful, and there are some old pieces outside as well. It also has a nice gift shop. The lovely lady at the desk was a wealth of knowledge, and couldn't have been friendlier. Thanks for the hospitality, Nell!

It¡¯d be hard to argue that any other town of 3,000 people has an entity that preserves its history better than the folks at the museum. You¡¯d be hard pressed to show me a finer museum in any small town in Texas. If you haven¡¯t gone out there by now, take the chance to learn a bit about the rich history Nocona has. You won¡¯t be disappointed.
