Omg the worst customer service I've ever experienced ... I booked this group on for a hot stone massage and facial and unfortunately I took ill through no fault of my own. The last thing you think about it appointments. I remember I was due to go in today and fund to explain that I have been ill and apologise for not attending only for some rude women on the phone to tell me I should know when I'm I'll and should of cancelled the appointment before hand!! I explained that you can't predicted when or how I'll you are only for this rude women to tell me I could pay an extra ?20 to rebook! No gesture of goodwill or trying to be understanding or Accomodating just rudeness then she had the nerve to put the phone down on me! Luckily I rang group on who were extremely helpful and are refunding me my money! Note to self read trip advisor before purchasing vouchers ... It does Amaze me how a well established leisure centre employs such rude, bad mannered staff! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I wanted to go relax and get a facial, so I scheduled an appointment with a coupon. I didn't realize the appointment would be almost 2 months out I called the owner, Diana and she was very nasty with me. She would not refund the purchase as I needed something sooner. Very bad way to run a business Diana!

I visited the Sante Day Spa in Niwot during a promotional event and had a facial with light therapy. It was sublime. Diana, the owner, really understands the complexities of various skin types and does a masterful job tailoring the facials to the needs of the customer. When I left my skin as glowing - my husband even remarked on it. I also like the fact that Diana uses organic skin products which don't have all the harsh chemicals that traditional products have. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and Diana spent extra time on the little things, like neck/face and hand/arm massages which weren't originally included in the package I bought. Well worth it!
