Ideal to visit during a hot afternoon as temperatures inside the cave are constantly at 17¡ãC. Guided tours every 30min until 7pm, 5€ entrance fee.

Very nice attraction with adequate history. The guide was a bit unprofessional yet he delivered a good job. This is surely one of the things i would recommend to anyone visiting Kythira. Get ready to drive in some rather steep roads as it is not easy to reach this place. Also have trainers with you as its quite slippery in the cave.

It was well worth finding the cave - the atmosphere, history and location are amazing, the guide was informative and made the visit very enjoyable!

What I love in Greece - you can enter caves on your own risk. No admission but no steps, no light, no guide. If you bring your own light and you are not claustrophob - enter. If you go a bit deeper into the cave - you will com out a "bit" dirty because it is wet and slippery!

Op een van onze vakantiedagen hebben wij hier ook een bezoek gebracht: onvergetelijk en rustig in een ongelooflijk mooie omgeving!

la cosa incredibile di quest'attrazione e senza dubbio la misticita' che l'accompagna...difatti la spettacolosita' delle formazioni calcaree e il bel percorso agevole per raggiungerla la presenza di pozze d'acqua cristallina che si formano sono elementi abbastanza comuni ...ma che quest'antro fosse adibito a luogo di culto con tando di chiesetta affrescata all'interno la fa' diventare unica nel suo genere...un luogo da scoprire inserendolo nel tour del vicino sito del castello veneziano e delle fonti con cascata della vicinissima cittadina di Mylopotamos.....
